However, now is the time to think about the structure for our winter sea kayak training.
Winter Sea Skills
A series of two day winter skills sessions have been posted to the calendar. These are designed to keep us progressing our skills through the winter months and get us back onto the water in a safe, controlled manner at the start of 2026.
Locations for each session are to be arranged immediately prior to the event, to suit the delegates and weather conditions. The likely locations are Isle of Wight or South Coast Poole, Swanage ect.

Cost is £150 pp payable direct to Rhys at Wight Expeditions.
A refund policy is in place.
Full if cancellation prior to 14 days.
50% if cancellation between 7 and 14 days prior.
An additional £15 boat hire is payable to CPCC if you wish to use a club boat.
You will need to consider boat transport, or email Rhys to enquire on local hire.
First come basis and to secure a place you will need to pay upfront.
Training can be utilised to encompass appropriate BC proficiency and leadership training and assessment if required.
Travel and accommodation to be organised by attendee.
