On Tuesday 3rd June some of our paddlers provided support for Neil, who paddled from Oxford to Westminster fund-raising for Medical Aid for Palestinians.
Belinda met him with warm drinks and cake before he got to Chiswick Pier. Where he picked up a couple of our paddlers who accompanied him into central London, for the final part of his journey.
On route Michelle, another member of the club, provided encouragement from imperial Wharf and took more photos.
Neil then took the opportunity to meet up with his MP to press home the urgent work that the charity Medical Aid for Palestinians are currently engaged in.
